- 1/4 cup Pastamoré Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Pastamoré Pear White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of Nan's Prickly Pear Mustard Blend or Nan's Blood Orange Sangria Mustard Blend
- small clove of chopped garlic or ½ teaspoon of finely chopped shallots (optional)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
I loved this recipe! Nan's recipes are always fabulous! I needed a light dressing to go with special dinner party menu, and as always Nan came through. Whenever I need inspiration for everyday or special occasion I turn to her. Thank you for sharing your recipes.
